To all the single people (I’m not crazy)

Did you know that there is someone out there designed specifically just for you? I know this statement may sound crazy, often hard to believe, and even misinterpreted in many ways, but I whole heartedly believe there is truly someone out there for you.

Why you may ask? Because God, the creator of all mankind, would never leave us alone nor let us be alone. He knows our ins and outs, what we want and don’t want, what we desire and don’t desire… He even knows what is best for us and so on.

Have you ever thought about the fact that your significant other is really breathing, living, and ever present on this earth right at this very second? It is true and often times mind boggling. It took me a while to even grasp this fact, but after a recent night of prayer God opened up my eyes with a whole new perspective regarding my significant other. So I decided to share what I have learned with all of you!

I was in the middle of my prayer asking God to take away this feeling of loneliness and need for a girlfriend, when all of a sudden God said, “she is alive right now, pray for her.“ I was taken back for second, but as I thought about what He said it finally clicked in my mind. Why have I been wasting all this time trying to find the right person when God already knows who the right person is for me… I mean HE CREATED HER for crying out loud!

Note to self: if we are not praying over our significant others, then who is? We surely hope their family or loved ones are praying for them!

I know at least for me I am going to be praying for her because God knows who she is, where she is and what is going on in her life. I pray and ask God to protect her, give her peace, strengthen her, watch over her throughout the day, comfort her, show her true love of a father that cares about her, and so much more. I think of my prayers over her as letters I am writing to her while she is away for the time being!

Ladies, all these things I prayed about can easily be prayed over for your man, as well. Don’t give up, settle for less, or lower your standards just because you want a relationship right now or the perfect man to walk into your life. First off, no one is perfect. There will always be something lacking in all of us and something that we might not like about him or her, but he is out there and God knows exactly who it is.

Instead of looking for him, start praying over him that God will keep him safe and strengthen him to resist the things of this world and grow closer to God. Remember, what you pray about is what your heart truly desires. I believe that prayer is powerful, so don’t just pray and go on doing the same things… living the same life. If I could encourage you, simply start believing in your prayers because without faith, it is simply breath being wasted. Ask God to start shaping you into the person God designed YOU to be because then YOU will be the right person for him, as well!

I pray that God will rock your world this year like never before! Put your trust in Him and not the things of this world. Remember that God will never leave you nor forsake you so there is no need to ever feel like you are alone. We need Him far more then we need our significant others. Without Him, we have nothing and without Him we are truly alone; always needing someone and needing love. If you are feeling alone today, I pray that God will pour His unfailing and never ending relentless love over you like never before! I hope that this inspires and wakes something up inside of you to look at a relationship in a whole new way or different way, God bless

 Isaiah 40:28-31

Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
